Chef Brandon Canfield is offering a four-course prix fixe menu with choices: smoked salmon or grilled quail; duck confit or butternut squash-shellfish soup; prime rib, porcini-crusted Chilean sea bass, or lamb shank with Moroccan spices; and champagne custard with strawberries and gold leaf. Wine pairings are available for an additional $15.
