"A Better Bill of Rights," Anthony Adler's contribution to our December 22 year-end issue, was harder to follow than it should have been: an error at our printer's eliminated an overlay of arrows, circles, deletions, and other proofreader's marks that would have made the marginal notes much easier to understand. We apologize to our readers and to Tony Adler, whose piece deserved better.
