One Sixtyblue hosts a day-long tour of one of its beef suppliers, Dietzler Farm in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. A bus leaves the restaurant at 2 PM, a farm tour is at 4 PM, followed by dinner at 5 PM. The five-course meal includes salmon rillettes, heirloom tomato panzanella, pulled pork ravioli, peach cobbler, and more.
