Hot Doug's is back—for the weekend, at least. In four sessions over two days, encased-meats impresario Doug Sohn serves a limited menu—some hot dogs, plus duck-fat fries—while Goose Island offers tappings of its Bourbon County Stout. There's live music, too, including White Mystery, the Claudettes, and a mini-Bloodshot Records showcase (Freakwater!).
