Dogfish Head Beer Dinner

A five-course Dogfish Head Beer Dinner includes battered and fried pickles with horseradish-creme fraiche dipping sauce, cold potato-leek soup with chive and black truffle salt potato chips, and lamb meatballs with summer squash, ratatouille, and brioche.
