Sweets aren't generally considered a strength of Korean cuisine, but a few things here will wake up your taste buds. The rice flour doughnuts—filled with sweet red-bean paste, deep-fried, and rolled in sesame seeds—stand out, as do the mocha rolls: vanilla sheet cake and coffee-flavored cream, combined jelly-roll style. Also worth trying are the chestnut rolls, the rice squares, and the red-bean bread, filled with flavored pastes and shiny with egg-white glaze.
