Earth Week Dinner

When: Mon., April 19 and April 21-23 2010

Vie is offering a three-course locally focused Earth Day dinner all week (except Tuesday, when they're hosting another fixed-price meal with mixologist Adam Seger): ramps and radishes; wood-grilled rainbow trout with home fries, bordeaux spinach, and fried rosemary gremolata; and whole wheat crepes with poached rhubarb and goat-cheese mousse.

Price: $35, $50 with wine pairings, plus tax and tip
