The Descendents transcended the textbook definition of punk in the 80s. They were self-proclaimed dorks—the band's iconic Milo logo epitomizing their image—who weren't afraid to write cheeseball love songs. They also kind of pioneered a brand of pop punk that would go on to influence bands like Blink-182 (for better or worse). Filmage is a documentary about the band and its offshoot, All. The band and filmmaker are on hand for a Q&A.
