Loung Ung, author of First They Killed My Father and Lucky Child, is a survivor of the Cambodian genocide. One of the bloodiest episodes of the twentieth century, some 1.7 million Cambodians - out of a population of just seven million - died at the hands of the infamous Pol Pot and Khmer Rouge regime. Loung Ung will deliver a riveting narrative of war, desperate actions and the strength of family.
