Flavors of Africa Luncheon

When: Sat., Aug. 21, 12 p.m. 2010

A luncheon celebrating flavors of African cuisine is held at Sikia, the training restaurant for the Washburne Culinary Institute, housed in Kennedy-King College. Main courses are wild salmon charmoula with couscous and raisins, and West African goat and ground nut stew with coarse grits; the meal is served with South African wines.
