Foodjects: Design + the New Cuisine in Spain Free

The current exhibition at the Insituto Cervantes showcases dining implements by designers and chefs that highlight "the textures, flavors, contrasts, and aromas of the new Spanish cuisine." Tonight's opening includes Spanish hors d'oeuvres paired with sherry and wine, as well as a discussion of avant-garde cuisine in Spain and a cooking demo by Tim Cottino of Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba. Thu 6/3 at 6 PM, there's a screening of the documentary A Day at El Bulli.
