Religious leaders often believe their institutions are not affected by many of the government regulations that affect regular charitable organizations. This is erroneous thinking that can have serious adverse affects on the life of religious congregations. Failure to understand and follow employment related regulations can result in substantial penalties assessed against both employers and employees. Tax laws affecting clergy income are complicated and often produce great anxiety for religious leaders. This workshop will help the managers of sacred institutions identify potential problems and undertake remedial compliance if necessary. The presenter has several years of experience dealing with compliance problems affecting religious organizations. Please RSVP by email to email@example.com or call (866) 796-0297 x 94.
