Goose Island Beer Dinner

Quince and Goose Island join forces for a beer dinner highlighting some of the brewery's best ales: its Belgian-style brews Sofie, Matilda, and Pere Jacques, and barrel-aged Bourbon County Stout. Dinner courses include pork belly with banana, pineapple compote, and coconut, and "duck & foie" with cannelloni and cardamom. Reservations are required; the price includes four courses and four beers.
