Goose Island pig roast Agenda Recommended

Five chefs are tasked with preparing a pig, while one lonely sucker (Uncommon Ground's Chris Spear) gets to prepare the vegetarian entree—I guess that's the way it goes at Slow Food Chicago's annual pig roast at Goose Island, now in its third year. The meat cookers include the Butcher & Larder's Rob Levitt, Three Aces' Matt Troost, David Burke's Primehouse's Rick Gresh, C-House's Nicole Pederson, and Goose Island Brewpub's Andrew Hroza; DJ Jacob Ross spins funk music.
