The brand-new BYO restaurant from Chris Nugent, executive chef at Les Nomades from 2005 till earlier this year, is offering two seatings for its regular market-driven eight-course prix fixe menu, which currently features courses such as lobster with Hubbard squash,licorice root, and curry; chestnut soup with smoke, white Alba mushrooms, and truffle essence; roasted quail with spiced beluga lentils, ginger, and compressed apple; and Angus beef with heirloom carrots, goosefoot, cumin, and shallot jus. Reservations required.
