West Town Tavern serves four courses paired with drinks from Alsatian vintner Gustave Lorentz. 2009 pinot gris accompanies a starter of smoked diver scallops with mango-mint relish; pan-roasted haddock with bacon, fingerling potatoes, rosemary, and savoy cabbage ragout is paired with a 2009 Riesling; other dishes include hoisin-glazed short ribs and a gruyere cheese tart.
