From the slim, delicate crispy-topped vinegar chess pie with its subtle hit of acid to the buxom coconut cream with enveloping strata of toasted coconut, there's a rotating seasonal selection of seven pies on hand (out of a repertoire of dozens), available whole or by the slice with a hot cuppa Metropolis.
