A lonely old widower (Vadim Glowna, who also wrote and directed) learns of an eccentric brothel where men can spend the night stroking and suckling unconscious young babes; luckily for the drugged women, they can snooze through his weepy soliloquies and contemplations of death. The movie never explains how any prostitute might possibly be talked into such a racket or why our protagonist seems to be the only client on the premises. Glowna presents this smoky German feature (2006) as an elegy for lost youth, but it's so tumescent with male self-pity that I couldn't wait for it to end. With Maximilian Schell as the old man's pal and Angela Winkler as the sinister madame. In German with subtitles. 99 min.
