Uptown Indian restaurant Marigold and mixologist Adam Seger join forces for this four-course meal and cocktail pairing. The dinner highlights flavors common to the cuisine and Seger's own Hum Botanical Spirit, a rum-based liqueur infused with hibiscus, ginger, cardamom, and kaffir lime ("Hum Do" is Hindi for "the two of us"). A reception is at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner at 7 PM. Reservations are required.
