In & Out

Kevin Kline, a well-loved high school teacher, is about to marry Joan Cusack when former student Matt Dillon outs him on national television, in a fast-moving and very funny story about a small town's reaction to the specter of homosexuality. Several touchy topics are dealt with sensitively in this fairly utopian vision of middle America, written by Paul Rudnick and directed by Frank Oz.
