There's also Texas-style chili, sides like smashed potatoes and a one-pound baked potato, grilled chicken salad, and a bunch of sandwiches and burgers. It's simple, the portions are huge, and the prices are mostly under $15 -- just the formula for an unchallenging midweek meal.
