Experience the best of Mexico’s fine cuisine without leaving Chicago! To celebrate Mexico’s Bicentennial, The School of Culinary Arts at Kendall College is launching Ciclo de Cocina Mexicana en Chicago 2010, a special monthly dining series featuring the diverse cuisine styles of chefs from Mexico. This month’s dinner will be held on May 27 and will feature a six-course menu with wine pairings by Chefs Guillermo González Beristáin from Monterrey and Federico López from Cancun.
