The Key Ingredient Cook-Off is like that, except 26 of Chicago's best chefs (like Paul Virant of Perennial Virant or Abraham Conlon of Fat Rice) are all cooking at once—and you get to eat what they make. Sample the fruits of the chefs' labor, decide who pulled off the most impressive feat, and enjoy drinks from City Winery, River North Beer, Tenzing, Four Roses, and Olmeca Altos.
