Chef Josh Hansen creates beer-friendly dishes for this event, which pairs a four-course prix fixe menu with brews from California's Lagunitas Brewery. Courses include beer-braised pork belly with panzanella, paired with Dogtown Pale Ale, and beef and gouda sausage with Wilco Tango Foxtrot, an imperial brown ale.
