This Swagger Entertainment production (not to be confused with the "Laughing Out Loud" fund-raiser at Park West next month) promises three hours of stand-up from headliner D.L. Hughley plus Tony Roberts, CoCoa Brown, Lil Rel, and Shawn Morgan. Hughley, one of the four comedians in Spike Lee's hit documentary The Original Kings of Comedy, recently hosted Weekends at the DL on Comedy Central and plays a star sketch comedian/Yale grad on Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. Hughley got kicked out of high school in South Central LA and was once a member of the Bloods, but eventually he got his GED and turned to stand-up. And despite his snazzy suits and gleaming smile, his takes on race, politics, and relationships still show grit and guts. His comment on Michael Richards's use of nigger: "Words that bother me: I'm pregnant." On the government and Hurricane Katrina: "Maybe the response would've been faster if instead of thousands of black people missing in Louisiana, it was one young white woman missing in Aruba." a Sat 3/10, 7:30 PM, Arie Crown Theater, McCormick Place, 2301 S. Lake Shore Dr., 312-791-6000, $50.50-$60.50.
