To the editor:
In an industry that is characterized by greed and self-absorption, I guess it should come as no surprise that the Butthole Surfers feel that their former label Touch and Go "owes" them something (April 16). Never mind the fact that it was Touch and Go who provided them the opportunity to get to the level of a major label, Capitol, and sell 600,000 records. How uninspired they must be, living in a cloud of their own flatulence. Hats off to Corey Rusk for staying true to his vision and making the music world a little brighter place.
