L'Orchestre Chabab Al Andalous

This nine-piece orchestra sent to Chicago by the US Embassy in Rabat, Morocco, plays Spanish-inflected North African music that transports the soul. As an homage to Chicago's Levantine Arab-American community, the concert will end with debkeh dancing for all. Sweets and coffee are included in the price of this fundraiser for the Chicago Arabesque festival 2010 (Commission on Human Relations Advisory Council on Arab Affairs) and the Amman and Casablanca Committees of Chicago Sister Cities International.
