Louie screening

Philanthropist and Sonia Dada guitarist Dan Pritzker (yes, as in the Pavilion) directed the silent film Louie, a fictional tale about a six-year-old Louis Armstrong growing up in an emerging New Orleans jazz scene in 1907. The screening will feature live musical accompaniment from a jazz ensemble headed by Wynton Marsalis and Cecile Licad and including Marcus Printup, Vincent Gardner, and Wycliffe Gordon.
