The annual GLBT-oriented Pride Series kicks off with this one-man show about the joys of monogamy. Written by David Pumo and performed by Moe Bertran, it's made up of monologues by six New Yorkers of differing social rank. Bertran's air of earnest sweetness appeals, but Pumo's sanitized, saccharine depiction of gay relationships bears little resemblance to reality: his characters, who speak almost exclusively in corny greeting-card cliches, learn that couplehood is the answer to all of life's problems. Through 6/4: Thu-Sat 7:30 PM, Sun 3:30 PM, Bailiwick Repertory, Bailiwick Arts Center, 1229 W. Belmont, 773-883-1090, $25. Closing.
