Masouleh: A Unique Taste of Persia

The Oriental Institute continues its series on the cuisine of the near East with a dinner at Masouleh of Persian food from northern Iran. Chef-owner Azim Nassiri-Masouleh, whose restaurant is named for his hometown, will prepare traditional dishes featuring meat, poultry, and eggs combined with vegetables, nuts, spices, and native herbs. Wine is included. Reservations required.
