Mom and Baby Workouts

When: First Tuesday of every month, 9:30 a.m. Continues through June 22 2010

A body conditioning workout that allows new moms to bond with their baby as they get back in shape. Strengthen your core and relieve your aching back and shoulders. Taught by Donna Schober. 6-week session. Age: Mom 6 weeks post partum, baby 6 weeks to 10 months (not more than 20 lbs)

Price: Members $60, Nonmembers $85
