More Jack Clark!

I read Jack Clark's musings ("The Red Menace," December 12) and chuckled quite a bit. He hit the nail on the head regarding the north-siders versus the south-siders, us/them mentality, and traffic.

Finally, after faithfully grabbing my weekly Reader for ten years, a humorous article! No reference to the poor, soon-to-be-evicted tenants who can't (or won't) pay their bills, or the underpaid health-care-less college professors at Columbia, or the starving dogs/nuns/homeless angry Streetwise vendors, or the endless stream of do-good community activists who couldn't organize their way out of a wet paper bag (sorry, make that a wet recycled paper bag!).

Anyhow, more Jack Clark!
