To the editors:

Just two questions:

1. Why is Phoebe & the Pigeon People featured on the first page of Section Three? Why is it in the Reader to begin with? It's really not very funny.

2. Why does a certain Reader movie critic insist on using the word "eponymous" as often as he or she possibly can? Is its frequent use really warranted? It seems to represent an effort to alienate the common reader.

I can't seem to figure it out.
