Chef Guy Meikle offers a five-course tasting menu including scallops with ghost-chile-braised short ribs, a house-dry-aged steak with lobster-chorizo sweet potato hash, and panfried crayfish and crab cakes. A vegetarian menu is available as well, as are cocktail pairings. Three seatings: at 5 and 7 PM ($75), and at 9 PM ($90); the last includes a complimentary glass of prosecco and live jazz. In the bar an a la carte menu will be available from 5 PM to 1 AM; DJ Jes spins beginning at 11 PM.
