Three-course prix fixe dinner from chef Mohammad Islam, with an early seating at 6:30 PM ($90) and a second at 9:30 that includes live jazz, party favors, and a champagne toast ($125). Choices include asparagus salad with truffled hollandaise; lamb papperdelle with preserved lemon, eggplant, and black olive tapenade; squab with candied chestnut stuffing and smoked maple vinaigrette; and maple flan with a Moravian gingersnap and caramelized apple compote.
