New Year's Eve at Atwood Cafe

Executive chef Derek Simcik presented a champagne-and-caviar-themed three-course prix with seating from 5 to 10:30 PM. It's $50, $70 with wine pairings. Choices include a foie gras torchon with champagne gelee, grilled bison with a champagne-poached duck egg and caviar, and a chocolate dome with strawberry "caviar" and champagne syrup.
