Chef Giuseppe Tentori offers two seatings, the first a three-course prix fixe at 5:30 PM ($70), the second a six-course prix fixe between 8 and 9 PM ($125). Featured items in the latter include big-eye tuna, crab and oyster; quail with seared foie gras; duck breast; and a chestnut financier.
