Chef-owner Harold Jurado offers two prix fixe menus with optional sake pairings from 5 to 11 PM: seven courses for $35 ($60 with sake) and nine for $50 ($90 with sake). Dishes include an oyster caviar champagne gelee, scallop sahimi with Asian pear, a Wagyu and bonito fish duo, and miso-glazed duck breast with duck thigh confit, foie gras, and braised green apple.
