A four-course prix fixe menu featuring bolete mushroom soup, lobster and cave-aged marissa ravioli, a choice of prime rib, braised pork shank, or bacon-wrapped halibut, and a choice of desserts including chocolate-bourbon pecan pie and chocolate mousse with bourbon-soaked cherries. Beer pairings are an additional $15. The a la carte menu will also be available, and there's a complimentary PBR toast at midnight.
