New Year's Eve at Everest

Three-, four-, and seven-course meals from the regular menu will be available, including dishes like roasted lobster in Gewurztraminer; sauteed foie gras with apples, Belgian endive, and grapes; rack of lamb; and duck breast with wild pine honey. Seatings will be on the half hour between 5 and 10 PM.
