New Year's Eve at Graham Elliot

At Graham Elliot customers may choose either three or five items from the categories cold, hot, sea, land, sweet ($65 and $90, respectively). Offerings include "bagel and lox" (smoked salmon with bagel chips, pickled onions, and caper powder), homemade sausage risotto, roasted monkfish Wellington with truffle puree, and Kentucky-fried pheasant. Seatings are at 6 and 9 PM.
