Chef Alex Cheswick offers two prix fixe options: a five-course menu at 5 PM ($65, $90 with wine pairings) and a six-course menu at 8 PM ($75, $100 with pairings). Both include a "Bavarian cream doughnut" with gravlax, roasted beet cream, and fennel pollen as an amuse, followed by an appetizer of smoked scallops and caviar or duck consomme with duck prosciutto. For entrees there's a choice between a free-range veal chop or butter-poached Maine lobster with black tagliatelle. The six-course meal adds teriyaki salmon or bacon-wrapped stuffed with pumpkin and foie gras to that.
