Chef Bruce Sherman offers a five-course prix fixe menu for $110 (wine pairings are an additional $50), with open seating from 6 to 10 PM. Choices include lobster-stuffed tortelloni; diver scallops with black truffles and pork belly; venison loin with glazed chestnuts, wilted spinach, foie gras, and bitter orange preserve; and dark chocolate-hazelnut cremeux with passion fruit cream meringue.
