Chef Andrew Zimmerman offers prix fixe menus at two seatings: four courses between 5:30 and 7:30 PM for $65, $110 with wine pairings, and five courses between 8 and 9 PM for $85, $145 with wine pairings. Items include a braised pheasant ravioli, pan-roasted sturgeon, a duo of grilled flatiron stead and braised short ribs, and chocolate mousse or an almond financier; the second seating adds a surprise amuse bouche, oxtail dumplings, and a ginger parfait to the mix. Complimentary blood orange-thyme cocktail from 6 PM to midnight.
