Executive chef Frank Brunacci offers two seatings with prix fixe menus that riff on the theme of the Orient Express. The first, from 5 to 7:30 PM, offers three courses for $125, $175 with wine pairings. At the second seating, from 9:30 to 11 PM, a five-course tasting menu is $225, $325 with pairings, and an eight-course meal $330, $470 with pairings. A "first-class" package, with the eight-course menu, guaranteed window seating, and a Krug champagne toast at midnight, is $490 per person. All guests receive a complimentary toast and a bottle of champagne and house-made champagne to take home, along with a souvenir photograph. A champagne and dessert bar in the Bridges Room, which also has a view of the Navy Pier fireworks, is $75; it's from 9:30 PM to midnight.
