At Spiaggia chef Tony Mantuano will offer tiered prix fixe menus at three seatings. The first seating, from 5 to 5:30 PM, will offer a choice of three courses for $85; the second, from 7 to 7:30 PM, a choice of four courses for $125. The 9:30 PM seating features a eight-course chef’s tasting menu, each course of which will highlight a menu item certified D.O.P. (for denominazione di origine protetta, the EU’s classification for foods produced and processed in a designated area according to established methods). It’s $195, $290 with wine pairings. Cafe Spiaggia will offer three- and four-course options for $55 and $65, respectively.
