New Year's Eve at the Bristol

Chef Chris Pandel is offering a four-course prix for $49 per person, with seatings between 6 and 11 PM on the first floor and between 7 and 9:45 PM on the second. The menu begins with a shared-course first course of crab with egg cream, buratta, and sunchoke arancini and includes hand-rolled garganelli with a veal and black truffle veloute and a choice of beef daube, diver scallops, or Savoy cabbage with bulgur and pumpkin-pomegranate molasses.
