This new gastropub will offer a three-course menu at $39 per person; choices include bouillabaise; Sicilian tuna with fennel, chiles, and bottarga; blini with trout roe, creme fraiche, and sunchokes; and a chocolate-date pudding cake with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt-chestnut honey panna cotta. Reservations accepted.
