In addition to the regular menu chef Dirk Flanigan offers specials such as fried whiting and caviar with a buckwheat pancake and maple cream, butter-poached lobster, and quail with sweetbreads and chanterelles. A roving "Bubble Bliss" champagne cart will offer glasses from $10 as well as bottle service.
