Two seatings: the first, every half hour between 5 and 6:30 PM, offers a five-course prix fixe menu for $110; the second, every half hour between 8 and 9:30 PM, a seven-course meal for $225. Both menus feature choices such as crispy fried quail with farro salad, grilled fillet of beef, lobster tail with saffron couscous, wild mushroom dumplings with cavalo nero and smoked cippollini, and chocolate truffle madeleines. There's a $15 cover charge for the lounge. Live jazz; black tie required.
